Iggo is one of the several cafés in Setia Alam, right next to Restoran Hock Gee Ulu Yam Loh Mee. The young proprietors running Iggo named the café so as “Iggo” resembles the numeral “1990”, which is the year that they are born in.

The number of dining tables in Iggo is quite limited. However through clever use of mirrors, the dining hall looks comfortably spacious. An elevated pub table near the entrance maximizes floor space for customers who are here for drinks only.

The coffee beans used at Iggo are sourced from Australia. Carrying medium roast, the Arabica beans are brewed using an espresso machine.

Our cup of Café Latte (RM10.00) is decently smooth. Although the flavor of coffee is strong, it does not overpower the drink in entirety. In addition, the milky composition of latte makes each sip soothing down the throat. On the other hand, I feel that Hazelnut Iced Blend (RM15.00) is lacking in hazelnut syrup.

For English tea, British Breakfast (RM7.00) is our choice today. Provided in teabags, this premium tea provides lovely floral aroma as well as subtle, pleasant bitterness.

Iggo also serves food such as sandwiches, pasta and cakes. Due to shortage of time, we were unable to try the food today. Perhaps during our next visit.
